Warranty

The Eslots warranty is offered for all products, for a period of 12 months for the new products and 3 months for refurbished products. Consumable products or those with physical defects such as blows, cracks, shards, burnt or cracked components/parts, etc., products used in inappropriate conditions (improper supply voltages, exposure to large variations in temperature and pressure, shocks) are not covered by the warranty.

Consumable products or those with physical defects such as: blows, cracks, shards, burnt or cracked components/parts, etc., products used in inappropriate conditions (improper supply voltages, exposure to large variations in temperature and pressure, mechanical shocks, incorrect handling, use of products in conditions of humidity, dust, pollutants or under the action of chemicals, etc.), incorrect settings and installations, defective sources, sockets without grounding, penetration of liquids, metals, or other substances inside the equipment, mechanical or plastic intervention on the products, connection or disconnection of certain components during the operation of the equipment, etc, are not covered by the warranty.

The warranty will be paid within a maximum of 20 working days from the receipt of the product in service. The payment of the transport for the sent products (round trip) in order to solve the guarantee is the responsibility of the client.

The return of the products will be made at the customer’s expense, using the same transport service with which the shipment was made.

Eslots will return the value of the order within 30 days from the date of the written termination of the contract. The refunded amount and the return conditions do not include transport costs. Products that show physical changes, blows, shards, scratches, shocks, etc. are not accepted for return.
