Return & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new or refurbished within 14 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned goods so please be careful with the goods whilst you inspect them.

We do not accept liability for any goods that do not reach our warehouse – It is therefore advised that any goods you may wish to return are done so via a recorded delivery service and retain the proof of postage. In the event that substantial damage has been caused to the product then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

How the Returns Process Works

  1. Contact us using this form and complete our Returns Request Form.
  2. We will contact you and give you details on how to return your order.
  3. You must pay all return carriage costs (except for when an item has been supplied in error).
  4. Items must be in new condition and the original sticker (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way).
  5. Please allow up 14 days from the date you return your order to us to process the return.
